


Delete the WRData and WRCore folders (if present).Once the agent has uninstalled it is recommend to delete the WRData and WRCore directories (if present) from ProgramData, which is a hidden system directory. While there are many third party software uninstaller utilities, we recommend one of the best around which is Revo Uninstaller Pro.Agent commands are processed as devices check-in. For information on how to force a device to check-in, click here.The system will quickly flash a Success message.In the next window, click Deactivate Device.At the top of the screen, use the Agent Commands drop-down menu to select Deactivate Device.Check the boxes for the devices where you want to remove the agent.Under the Sites & Groups column, expand the Site and click the Group that contains the devices.Log in to the Webroot Management console.Note: When devices are deactivated, their licenses are cancelled, they are moved to the Deactivated Group (accessible in the Endpoint Protection console) and agent software is removed via agent command.
